Placing your order and questions:
The most popular method of ordering is to do it securely through the website.
If you prefer to pay cheque/cash please email us your order and we will send you our bank details.

Delivery prices and info (Australia only):
Our delivery prices start at only $7.70.
Prices are calculated during the checkout if you are using PayPal.

Less than 500 grams: $7.70
Up to 3kg $10.90

For delivering the goods, Little Smarty’s uses the Australia Post Parcel service. The cost of Postage and Handling is added to your order after any discounts or specials have been subtracted. Prices on postage may change at any time.

International postage:
If you are ordering from outside Australia, please send us an email at info@littlesmartys.com.au, and we will price the shipping for you. Once we have confirmed your order and the total amount, please click on this link and enter the amount given by us into your paypal cart to finalise your transaction.

Turnaround time (how long will it take?):
Depending on the item you have ordered, turnaround will be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks (longer for overseas). Please keep in mind when ordering personalised items, it may take up to 2 weeks. All other items we will endeavour to have sent out immediately on receipt of your payment. If you need something in a real rush, please email or call us and we will see what we can do.

Guarantee and Returns:
All our products at Little Smarty’s are handmade with care and love. Because of this there will be slight variations to the items photographed on our website. We hope you will find the quality to your liking.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out, so we are more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 30 days from purchase. We cannot refund items that have been personalised, or where errors occur from a typing error you may have made during your order, or if  you simply change your mind.
